In-company training and placements: the fast track to autonomy
Under in-company contracts or placements, our subsidiaries take in over 1,000 young people. Their career in the company is supervised by an experienced tutor, with the possibility of developing a multiplicity of competences, gaining self-confidence and rapidly taking on personal responsibilities.

In addition to in-company training, the companies of the FAYAT Group offer:
- placements
in our industrial facilities and on our job-sites in France and abroad;
completion
of Studies opportunities, mainly in the design and management of job sites;
Corporate International Voluntary Service appointments.
Relationships with business schools: partnerships to prepare the future
FAYAT has signed partnerships with training organisations and business schools in France and abroad. The Group has thus established historic ties with the ESTP, the INSA in Toulouse, HEI, Polytech (in Clermont-Ferrand and Marseille), the EATP and with the Universities of Bologna in Italy, Bingen, Koblenz and Trier in Germany.
These partnerships may take the form of participation in examination panels, teaching content or the organisation of visits to job-sites, including prizes awarded to students for particularly innovative contributions.
